Must Have Skills:
· AI / Machine Learning project delivery experience
· Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and/or SAFe
· Experience managing data science, AI, or analytics teams
· Knowledge of AI use cases, model lifecycle, and data pipelines
· Strong stakeholder and client management skills
· Tools: JIRA, Confluence, MS Project (or similar)
· Excellent communication and leadership skills
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced and driven AI Project Manager to lead and govern AI-focused initiatives. The ideal candidate is a self-starter (“go-getter”) with strong SDLC knowledge, excellent follow-up skills, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead end-to-end project management across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for AI initiatives
· Plan, track, and govern project milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies
· Drive execution through strong ownership, proactive follow-ups, and issue resolution
· Coordinate with business, data, engineering, and platform teams
· Ensure adherence to scope, timelines, quality, and governance standards
· Provide regular status updates, executive reporting, and risk mitigation plans
Required Skills & Experience
· Strong experience managing projects across SDLC
· Demonstrated ability to be proactive, execution-oriented, and detail-focused
· Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
· Experience governing AI / ML projects (use cases, data dependencies, model lifecycle) is a plus
· Ability to manage ambiguity and fast-paced environments
