Summary

NOTE: THIS POSITION IS TO JOIN AS W2 ONLY.

Ivanti / ITIL Engineer
Location : Richmond, VA
Duration: 6+ Months (Initially 20hrs/week)

Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience with Ivanti ITSM / Ivanti Service Manager / Ivanti Neurons.
- Strong understanding of ITIL V3 or ITIL 4 framework.
- Experience in Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management.
- Knowledge of SLA management and ticket prioritization.
- Experience with ITSM tools and service desk operations.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with banking or financial services clients is preferred.
