responsibilities:
As a Senior Network Engineer, you will own the architecture, security, and evolution of a highly available, global network infrastructure. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Project Leadership: Lead project-based initiatives to deliver new network services for enterprise clients and internal teams, ensuring structured operational handovers.
- Architecture & Optimization: Continuously enhance the performance, resilience, automation, and security of our global network infrastructure.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Support new customer onboarding initiatives in close collaboration with the Business Development and security teams to implement robust network security controls and data segmentation.
- Advanced Technical Support: Act as the Tier-3 escalation point for the Network Operations Center (NOC) and participate in complex network troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
- Standardization & Automation: Drive the standardization of network services aligned with industry best practices and contribute to automation initiatives to improve scalability and reliability.
- Mentorship: Provide technical guidance, training, and mentorship to Tier-1 and Tier-2 support teams.
qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, a related technical field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of dedicated network engineering experience within a medium-to-large corporate environment.
- Proven experience operating effectively in high-availability environments where rapid, professional problem-solving is essential.
- CCIE (Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert) or CCNA certification. - Preferred
- Prior experience in telecommunications, defense, finance, or a high-security, 24/7 mission-critical industry. - Preferred
