Summary

Our client is seeking a Senior B2B Communications Copywriter to create compelling, customer-focused communications that strengthen brand messaging and enhance the customer experience. This role is ideal for a skilled writer who can transform complex business information into clear, engaging, and action-oriented communications while maintaining a consistent brand voice.

Working closely with creative leaders, marketing teams, project managers, and business stakeholders, you will develop high-impact communications across the customer lifecycle. You''ll also leverage Microsoft Copilot, Copilot AI Agents, and Generative AI (GenAI) tools to improve content quality, streamline workflows, and optimize messaging.

What You''ll Do

  • Develop customer-facing communications including product launches, pricing changes, customer onboarding, CPNI communications, service notifications, and customer lifecycle communications.
  • Create persuasive, benefit-driven copy that aligns with brand voice, messaging guidelines, and business objectives.
  • Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, clarify messaging needs, and transform business requests into polished communications.
  • Ensure every communication is customer-centric, easy to understand, and delivers a consistent customer experience.
  • Collaborate with Creative Directors, marketing teams, account managers, and project managers to deliver high-quality content on schedule.
  • Utilize Microsoft Copilot, Copilot AI Agents, and other AI-powered writing tools to improve efficiency and optimize content based on performance insights.
  • Review, edit, and refine content for clarity, accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment.
  • Stay current with industry trends, digital communications, content marketing, AI technologies, and customer engagement best practices.

What We''re Looking For

  • Proven experience in copywriting, customer communications, content marketing, advertising, or brand communications.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating customer-facing communications and marketing copy.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, proofreading, and storytelling skills.
  • Experience creating communications for customer lifecycle initiatives such as product launches, onboarding, pricing updates, service notifications, or customer support communications.
  • Strong understanding of brand voice, tone, customer engagement, and content strategy.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot AI Agents, Generative AI (GenAI), or other AI-assisted content creation tools is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating impactful customer communications.
