Digital Marketing Specialist

As a PMO supporting end-to-end campaign management for a major client, you will play a pivotal role in driving project success in a complex, cross-functional environment with significant client and stakeholder engagement. You will serve as the central coordinator between internal teams, marketing, and high-level client contacts, ensuring seamless campaign execution, transparency, and performance optimization.
Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
3 8 years of experience managing multiple projects or campaigns, preferably with international clients or in a fast-paced agency/consulting environment.
Proven success in leading, coordinating, or supporting large-scale campaign management for complex stakeholder groups across functions.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and collaboration tools (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, or similar); comfortable sharing and presenting materials during virtual meetings.
Experience maintaining detailed project trackers, documentation, and dashboards for cross-team visibility and accountability.
Demonstrated ability to analyse project and campaign data, prepare actionable reports, and communicate findings to clients and teams.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to drive meetings, deliver clear presentations, and engage confidently with executive stakeholders.
Good to Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
Familiarity with digital marketing and campaign platforms (social media, content management systems, basic analytics/reporting tools) is a plus.
Experience assisting with the design and/or implementation of PMO processes, standards, templates, and governance routines.
Familiarity with OKRs/KPIs and flow/throughput-style delivery metrics to support execution visibility and prioritization.
Exposure to marketing automation and content production operating models (intake-to-delivery workflows, stakeholder approvals).
Open to shifts
