Business Intelligence Analyst (Remote)

Location: Remote (Company based in Nashville, TN)
Pay: $65/hr
Type: 6?Month Contract-to-Hire

Overview:
We’re hiring a Business Intelligence Analyst to support our Nashville?based technology team. This role is fully remote and focuses on creating dashboards, running SQL queries, and delivering data?driven insights.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain Power BI/Tableau dashboards
• Write and optimize SQL queries
• Analyze datasets and deliver actionable insights
• Ensure data accuracy and troubleshoot issues
• Support reporting, ETL workflows, and data modeling

Requirements:

• 2+ years as a BI Analyst or Data Analyst
• Strong skills in Power BI or Tableau
• Strong SQL and data modeling experience
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Nice to Have:

• Cloud (Azure/AWS), SSIS, Python/R experience

Compensation:

• $65/hr during 6?month contract period
• Opportunity to convert to full?time
