JOB SUMMARY This role is a Technology Risk Metrics Governance Analyst at an intermediate level, with 2-5 years of experience. The position is a fixed-term contract (FTC) based in Montreal, requiring a day one onboarding onsite/in office presence three times a week. The analyst will support the Global Technology Risk Management Standard, Procedure and Controls Committee, focusing on enhancing Technology Risk Governance controls and oversight to align with firm and Technology strategy. The team manages global Technology Risk Metrics reporting programs, which inform management about risks across Technology control domains and drive oversight through committees. The team also acts as product owners for metric dashboards on Qlikview and PowerBI platforms. Key Responsibilities Support recurring monthly processes to monitor, report, and escalate Technology Risk Metrics to stakeholder and management forums. Analyze risk indicators to identify and escalate issues for management attention. Produce monthly and quarterly senior management metrics and risk commentary reporting materials to satisfy regulatory requirements. Investigate highlighted risks to identify and facilitate resolution of potential issues. Produce ad-hoc MI reporting by extracting, cleansing, and analyzing data. Perform quality assurance of management reporting, presentations, and tooling. Collaborate with stakeholders and development teams to understand business needs and translate them into requirements for tooling and process improvements. Proactively engage with stakeholders across all levels of the organization. Utilize data analysis tool sets to analyze information, identify root causes of problems, and draw conclusions. Support internal, external, and regulatory audit responses related to technology risk reporting and metrics. Define business requirements and collaborate with development teams to drive functional enhancements to existing BI tooling. Support programs focused on measuring controls in Technology policies. Produce and enhance recurring governance reporting for senior management and risk committees. Define and document business and functional requirements for new or enhanced metrics applications and platforms. Partner with project teams on migration activities for applications and metrics. Maintain a metrics inventory. Required Qualifications Knowledge and experience of governance processes and reporting frameworks. Experience in process improvement, including the integration of AI into BAU processes for enhancement, automation, or efficiencies. Knowledge of the metrics lifecycle, from design and implementation to governance reporting. Experience in Enterprise change management, such as system migrations (e.g., from QlikView to Power BI) or application decommissioning activities. Experience working with Business Intelligence tooling (Power BI, QlikView). Ability to work with multiple deadlines and manage ad-hoc priority tasks. Ability to work across time zones. Strong data analysis skills with knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulae, slicers, timelines, data visualization). Preferred Qualifications Educated to degree level in a relevant subject (e.g., Business Technology, Information Technology, Risk Management, Business Management). Education: Bachelors Degree
