Summary

We discussed with the client about the challenge on finding a resources with Alpha- Base window (ABW) and Metropolis experience. While we still keep this required skill on priority, however as an alternative, he has agreed to explore candidates with string Visual Basic programming experience, along with expertise in AWS, ETL and Oracle EBS. On the domain side, we should focus on candidates who has worked as developer in the retail domain, particularly in multi-channel environment.

If we identify strong resource, the client is willing to provide training on Alpha- Base window (ABW) and Metropolis. Therefore, please look for candidate who is eager to learn and open to working with additional technologies like ABW as needed.
