Location: Cayce, SC (Hybrid – 4 Days Onsite / 1 Day Remote)
Duration: 12 Months (Extension Possible)

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain web applications using Angular (PrimeNG), TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
Design and build RESTful APIs and backend services using ASP.NET Core
Work with SQL databases for data modeling, performance tuning, and troubleshooting
Support full SDLC including design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance
Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Perform manual and automated testing to ensure system reliability
Maintain technical documentation and coding standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, IT, Finance) to deliver scalable solutions
Support system modernization, upgrades, and legacy migrations
Ensure compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA)
Contribute to system integration, reporting, and data integrity initiatives

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
3+ years of experience with:
- PrimeNG, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
- ASP.NET Core and RESTful API development
- SQL (database design, queries, stored procedures, performance tuning)
- DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
- Technical documentation
5+ years of experience in manual and automated testing across SDLC
Strong understanding of data security, privacy standards, and compliance
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with NIST, HIPAA, CJIS security standards
Experience in IT implementation projects
Knowledge of Power BI or data reporting pipelines
Familiarity with Azure or cloud technologies
Experience with SharePoint or collaboration platforms
