Summary

Gejits Infotech is seeking Power BI Report Developer with minimum 7 years experience to join our direct state client at Tallahassee, Florida.

Skills and Abilities

Demonstrated expertise in end-to-end development of Power BI solutions and integrated Power Platform tools, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
Ability to work closely with business units to translate business requirements into intuitive technical designs.
Strong skills in data modeling.
Proficiency in DAX and M language.
Experience with data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) using Power Query and other enterprise tools.
Experience with Query Languages and experience with database SQL Server or Oracle
Ability to test, support, and maintain application software, including managing secure hosting environments within network infrastructure.
Proficiency in data cleansing and cleanup.
Ability to make sound recommendations regarding development of new code versus reuse of existing assets to maximize efficiency.
Solid understanding of quality assurance and system integration methodologies.
Experience managing the technical environment required to securely host dashboards within approved infrastructure.
Academic and Certification Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
2. Power BI Certification preferred or required, as applicable.
