Job Title: Quality Intelligence (QI) Architect.

Summary

We are seeking an experienced Quality Intelligence (QI) Consultant to lead enterprise-scale Quality Engineering transformation initiatives by combining AI-powered Quality Intelligence capabilities, test automation modernization, quality analytics, and continuous testing practices. The role partners with business, product, engineering, and QA leaders to establish Quality Intelligence operating models that improve release confidence, accelerate delivery, optimize testing investments, and transform quality from a validation activity into a strategic business capability.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise-wide Quality Intelligence strategies, operating models, roadmaps, and governance frameworks.
• Conduct current-state assessments of testing processes, tooling, automation assets, metrics, environments, and release practices.
• Lead AI-enabled Quality Engineering initiatives including AI-assisted test generation, intelligent test optimization, self-healing automation, defect prediction, test impact analysis, and synthetic test data generation.
• Architect and modernize automation frameworks across Web, API, Mobile, Desktop, and enterprise applications using industry-standard technologies.
• Drive migration from fragmented or commercial automation solutions to scalable open-source ecosystems and reusable automation assets.
• Integrate testing into DevOps and CI/CD pipelines, enabling continuous testing, automated quality gates, and risk-based release decisions.
• Establish quality observability through KPIs, dashboards, predictive analytics, and executive-level reporting.
• Provide consulting, coaching, and mentoring to Quality Engineering teams and stakeholders across the SDLC.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline. Master's degree preferred.
• 12+ years in Quality Engineering, Test Automation, Software Quality, or Quality Transformation roles, including at least 5 years leading enterprise automation architecture, quality modernization, or continuous testing initiatives within Agile and DevOps environments.
• Strong expertise in modern Quality Engineering and test automation ecosystems, with hands-on experience across leading automation, CI/CD, cloud, and test management platforms such as Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, Appium, REST Assured, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, and major cloud providers.
• Experience implementing AI-enabled Quality Engineering solutions such as intelligent test generation, risk-based testing, predictive quality analytics, defect prediction, self-healing automation, AI-assisted test maintenance, and Quality Engineering practices for AI/ML systems. Exposure to GenAI, LLMs, Agentic AI, and Responsible AI frameworks is preferred.
• Act as a trusted advisor to engineering and business leaders, facilitate transformation workshops, influence quality strategy decisions, establish best practices, and lead globally distributed Quality Engineering teams. Strong communication, consulting, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Certifications (Preferred): ISTQB Advanced Test Automation Engineer; Certified Agile Tester; Cloud Certifications (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform); AI Fundamentals or Generative AI Certifications; Selenium, Playwright, or Automation Certifications.
