What you'll do: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define high-level designs and translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Develop, test, and maintain code adhering to coding standards, ensuring high availability and security compliance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues through root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Lead small engineering groups by providing guidance, documentation, and timelines for project deliverables.
- Create and execute test cases, perform defect management, and conduct regression testing to ensure software quality.
- Automate routine tasks within CI/CD pipelines and monitor application performance using telemetry and diagnostic tools.
- Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities and adopting emerging technologies aligned with business goals.
What you'll bring: - Proven expertise in object-oriented programming and coding standards using languages such as JavaScript, Python, or C#.
- Strong experience in platform design, API development, and component services within iterative and incremental development frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex production issues through root cause analysis and implement sustainable solutions.
- Proficiency in continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) automation and testing methodologies.
- Solid understanding of software design, telemetry implementation, and security policy application during development.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ability to lead and mentor small engineering teams, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.

The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00 - $216,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
