Summary

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end SAP FICO implementations, enhancements, and support projects
Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications
Configure and customize SAP FICO modules (AP, GL, Fixed Assets)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, SD, ABAP, etc.) for seamless integration
Design and support RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms)
Provide guidance on financial processes, best practices, and compliance standards
Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT cycles
Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues
Mentor junior consultants and provide leadership in solution design

Required Skills & Qualifications

12+ years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO
Strong expertise in:
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- General Ledger (GL)
- Fixed Assets (Asset Accounting - AA)
Proven experience in full lifecycle SAP implementations
Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and business processes
Experience in integration with MM, SD, and other SAP modules
Ability to work in a techno-functional role (functional + ABAP/debugging knowledge)
Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with S/4HANA Finance
Knowledge of Fiori apps and reporting tools
Prior experience working in hybrid/on-site engagement models
SAP certification in FICO is a plus
