Required Skills

·        3+ Years of Experience with MS T-SQL (Stored Procedures, Advanced Queries, Optimization)

·        3+ Years of Experience with ETL Process Development

·        1+ Year of Experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)

·        3+ Years of Experience with Report Development

·        3+ Years of Experience with Data Warehousing & Relational Databases

·        1+ Year of Experience with HL7 v 2.3.1 - 2.5.1 and ORU Messages

·        3+ Years of Experience with XML

·        3+ Years of Experience with MS SQL Server 2016+

·        1+ Year of Experience with security and data classification related to CDC, HIPAA, CJIS, PHI, PII

Preferred Skills

·        Ability to manage large data sets (1 TB+)

·        Requirements Gathering & Documentation

·        Public Health / Disease Surveillance Systems Experience

·        Statistical Analysis System (SAS)

·        LOINC / SNOMED

·        FASTQ Files and Demultiplexing

·        R&R Studio
