Senior Forward Deployed Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer to join our team focused on developing AI agents, along with the backend and frontend for related applications. With 20+ agents launched, we accelerate innovation across critical industries. You will work in a high-impact, high-autonomy environment, taking projects from concept to production. Responsibilities Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams and domain experts to understand requirements and translate them into practical technical solutions that drive measurable business outcomes Contribute to the design and implementation of full-stack applications and AI-enabled solutions, supporting rapid development and deployment of GenAI use cases Support delivery of solutions across the lifecycle-from prototyping through production rollout and iteration-ensuring reliability and usability in real-world environments Apply LLM patterns such as retrieval/RAG, agent workflows and basic evaluation approaches to implement effective AI-driven functionality Participate in building and maintaining developer tooling, CI/CD pipelines and observability practices to support stable and efficient delivery Follow strong engineering practices, including modularity, maintainability and production readiness, adhering to established standards and security guidelines Contribute as a hands-on engineer within the team, supporting implementation, collaborating with peers and helping resolve technical challenges Document and share learnings from implementations to contribute to team knowledge and incremental improvements in delivery practices Requirements 3+ years of professional experience in software engineering, contributing to delivery of production systems Knowledge of at least one business domain Working knowledge of backend or frontend development, with exposure to cloud services and standard development practices Experience contributing to cloud-based applications, with focus on reliability, maintainability and code quality Exposure to AI/LLM-based solutions (e.g. using APIs or basic RAG patterns) in practical implementations Capability to collaborate with stakeholders and support translation of business requirements into technical solutions Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with ability to work effectively within a team Skills in building AI agents (TypeScript, .NET or Go) Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or Google Cloud Platform) English proficiency at B2 level or higher Nice to have Familiarity with AI agent development, evaluation frameworks and advanced LLM patterns (RAG, orchestration, tool use) Experience with CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code and observability practices Understanding of secure SDLC practices and privacy considerations Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph and MCP, vector/RAG systems and OpenSearch Awareness of regulatory and compliance standards (e.g. SOC 2, HIPAA)
