Description
We are looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist to provide ongoing support for digital campaign execution in Blue Bell, Pennsylvania. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for an experienced, detail-oriented individual who can blend front-end development expertise with marketing automation knowledge across Veeva and HubSpot. The role focuses on building compliant, responsive campaign assets for healthcare and pharmaceutical initiatives while partnering effectively in a fast-paced agency setting.
Responsibilities:
Build, configure, and launch digital campaign components within Veeva and HubSpot for multichannel marketing initiatives.
Translate creative concepts into responsive, functional assets that align with brand, regulatory, and accessibility expectations.
Set up automation logic such as workflows, triggers, dynamic content, and personalization elements to support campaign performance.
Provide light platform administration support, including campaign configuration, updates, troubleshooting, and user assistance.
Review deliverables for quality, consistency, and semantic front-end structure before deployment.
Collaborate with internal teams and clients to improve platform usage and strengthen ongoing marketing automation efforts.
Manage multiple active priorities in an agency environment while maintaining dependable turnaround and limited oversight.
Requirements
Hands-on experience developing and deploying campaigns in both Veeva and HubSpot environments.
Working knowledge of HubSpot CMS and HubSpot Marketing Hub, including front-end implementation for digital assets.
Familiarity with Veeva interactive content and related campaign execution within regulated industries.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for email, landing page, and campaign asset development.
Background in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences marketing is strongly preferred.
Exposure to platform administration tasks; experience with Salesforce or similar systems is a plus.
Ability to work effectively across multiple client accounts with strong organization and a project-focused mindset.
