RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Orlando, FL that is seeking a Senior Programmer Analyst (CRM).

Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Programmer Analyst to support the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise CRM and customer data applications. This role partners with business and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions, create technical designs, develop and test code, and ensure adherence to SDLC and architecture standards.

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, Mathematics, Business, or related field
* 5+ years of programming and systems analysis experience
* Experience developing enterprise applications using technologies such as .NET, JavaScript, or similar frameworks
* Strong understanding of SDLC, technical design, testing, and code quality practices
* Advanced SQL skills and experience with relational databases
* Python experience for automation, analytics, and problem-solving
* Experience with Jupyter Notebooks or similar analytical tools
* Experience working with large datasets and complex application architectures
* Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, and collaborative development environments

Preferred:
* Experience supporting customer-focused technology, analytics, and data integration initiatives
* Experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot
* Experience using AI to support code generation, testing, code reviews, automation, monitoring, and operational efficiency with appropriate human oversight

Experience with:
* CRM platforms, customer data systems, and marketing technologies
* Adobe Campaign, Microsoft Customer Insights, or similar solutions
* Customer segmentation, campaign analytics, and lifecycle reporting
* ETL and integration tools such as Azure Data Factory or Alteryx
* Cloud data platforms including Snowflake
* Data modeling, technical workflows, and integration architectures
* Business intelligence and downstream analytics support
* Agile development environments and modern software delivery practices
* Scripting with Python, PowerShell, or Linux tools
* Source control and DevOps tools including Azure DevOps and Git
* CRM processes and Master Data Management (MDM)
* Customer data governance and marketing analytics
* Retail, hospitality, consumer-facing, or similar customer-centric industries
* Data-driven decision making and customer engagement technologies

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
