Citadel Security USA has an opening for an unarmed officer at a site in Cheyenne that supports critical operations. This is a daytime position with a steady schedule, and the work involves a mix of being stationed at key points and moving around the property as needed.
The role is not complicated, but it does require someone who pays attention and stays consistent. You will be involved in day-to-day site activity, including assisting with scheduled movements and keeping an eye on who's coming and going. Training is provided, so you will know what's expected before working on your own.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Stay present at assigned areas and maintain a noticeable security presence
  • Assist with transport-related activity as directed by site procedures
  • Help guide individuals during entry, exit, and movement across the property
  • Keep an eye on surroundings and speak up if something doesn't look right
  • Share updates with dispatch or on-site contacts when needed
  • Write down daily activity and any incidents in a clear, straightforward way
  • Drive company vehicles when required, following all safety guidelines
  • Stick to post orders and site instructions throughout the shift

Required Qualification:
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving history
  • Ability to pass background and drug screening
  • Dependable when it comes to attendance and schedule
  • Comfortable working 12-hour shifts, including time spent driving

Preferred Qualification:
  • Paying attention to small details without needing reminders
  • Communicating clearly with others on site
  • Keeping a professional approach when dealing with different situations
