Solutions Specialist

Overview: This role is responsible for leading and supporting the migration of planning processes from SAP CAMS to a Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) platform. The candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring requirements are captured, solutions are designed, and the migration is executed seamlessly to support enterprise planning and product development objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct requirements assessment and gap analysis to define migration needs.

· Document current SAP CAMS planning processes and map them to PLM capabilities.

· Develop migration strategies, blueprints, and technical specifications.

· Collaborate with architects, developers, and business users to design scalable PLM solutions.

· Perform data validation, integration testing, and connector/interface validation.

· Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide Hypercare assistance post-deployment.

· Deliver training and update documentation to reflect new PLM processes.

· Ensure compliance with enterprise standards, security protocols, and best practices.

Qualifications:

· Proven experience migrating planning processes from SAP CAMS to PLM systems.

· Strong knowledge of SAP CAMS functionality and PLM platforms (e.g., Siemens Teamcenter, Dassault ENOVIA, PTC Windchill, or equivalent).

· Experience in process mapping, requirements gathering, and solution design.

· Familiarity with data validation, testing methodologies, and UAT facilitation.

· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

· Ability to work in cross-functional teams and manage complex migration projects.
