Role: Instructor Trainer 3

Location: Austin, TX (Remote)

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities

• Design/implement comprehensive training programs for specific financial business areas.
• Develop accessibility-compliant, role-based PeopleSoft content from ground up.
• Participate in system design discussions and testing for training accuracy.
• Produce clear, user-friendly guides/training materials enhancing learner retention.
• Facilitate instructor-led and web-based training for trainers/end users.
• Manage/update training SharePoint site ensuring current resources.

Required Experience (8+ Years Each):

• Developing training programs for ERP systems.
• Developing accessibility-compliant training content.
• 4+ years hands-on eLearning software experience.
• 4+ years hands-on PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 ERP system.
• 4+ years Microsoft O365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
• 2+ years MS Teams/Channel communication in large teams.
• 2+ years maintaining/updating SharePoint sites.

Preferred Experience:

• 2+ years public sector (Federal/State/Local Government).
• 1+ years Jira experience.

Technical Skills: PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2, eLearning platforms, Microsoft O365, MS Teams, SharePoint, Jira (preferred).
