Job Description
We are seeking a ServiceNow Developer - ITSM to join our team within the Comms, Media & Technology practice at Level 9. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in ServiceNow ITSM and CMDB and a proven ability to design, develop, and integrate ServiceNow solutions that meet enterprise requirements. Valid work authorization is required.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and configure ServiceNow applications per architect and Tech Lead designs.
- Serve as a technology subject matter expert and support effective team delivery.
- Build ITSM, CMDB, IntegrationHub, and Flow Designer components.
- Develop innovative application solutions to enhance user experience and streamline processes.
- Conduct testing and validation to ensure functionality and performance.
- Customize and configure ServiceNow applications and modules.
- Develop workflows, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies.
- Create and maintain custom applications on the ServiceNow platform.
- Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise systems using APIs, web services, and integration tools to ensure seamless data flow.
- Perform system upgrades, patches, maintenance, and monitor performance.
- Troubleshoot issues and optimize platform configurations.
- Customize forms, fields, tables, workflows, notifications, and access controls.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including workflows, processes, and configurations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development with ITSM and CMDB.
- Proficiency with IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, REST/SOAP APIs, and web services.
- Experience creating workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and custom applications.
- Strong debugging, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting skills.
- Valid ServiceNow certification (CSA, CAD, or CIS).
Preferred Skills:
- ServiceNow AI capabilities.
- Telecom industry experience with ServiceNow.
Additional Details:
- Work authorization required. In-office role for local candidates.
- Budgeted bill rate: $90 per hour. Potential for extension: good probability.
