Summary:
Company is seeking a Biocompatibility Program Manager to support product development initiatives involving biocompatible materials, analytical testing, and biocompatibility assessments. This role offers an opportunity to work with experienced experts and collaborate across Chemistry, Engineering, Product, and supplier teams.

The ideal candidate will bring a chemistry or related scientific background, experience with analytical testing, and program/project management skills. Strong candidates will also have experience with data analytics, scripting, coding, or SQL, enabling them to support both chemical compliance activities and data-driven process automation.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop an understanding of analytical testing methods, including HPLC, ICP-MS, LC/MS, and MS, and support biocompatibility reviews.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams and suppliers to drive selection of biocompatible materials.
  • Coordinate samples and analytical testing throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Manage and track analytical testing results and biocompatibility assessments.
  • Establish efficient processes to track, organize, and communicate testing and assessment results.
  • Communicate biocompatibility goals, findings, and project status clearly to cross-functional teams and leadership.
  • Manage multiple programs and prioritize issues to meet project timelines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work with biocompatibility experts and cross-functional partners to develop workflows, processes, and SOPs.
  • Support data analytics and process automation through scripting, coding, or SQL where applicable.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure program deliverables are completed on schedule.
 
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor''s or Master''s degree in Chemistry, Toxicology, Biomedical Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of project/program management experience in a corporate environment.
  • Experience managing multiple complex projects and effectively prioritizing competing requirements.
  • Basic understanding of analytical testing methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Ability to think creatively and develop practical solutions to complex problems.
 
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in the consumer electronics industry.
  • Experience with biocompatibility, chemical compliance, or materials testing.
  • Hands-on familiarity with HPLC, ICP-MS, LC/MS, /MS.
  • Experience with data analytics, SQL, scripting, or coding.
  • Experience supporting process automation or workflow development.
  • Experience working directly with suppliers and technical SMEs.
  • Experience developing processes, specifications, workflows, or SOPs.

 
Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $55.00 - $62.00 /hr. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
