Summary

Requirements
  • 6 or more years of experience in safety-critical systems oversight and industrial investigations.
  • Proficiency in OSHA standards and Safety Management Systems (SMS).
  • Experience with Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
  • Experience with GRC platforms and safety assurance workflow automation tools.
  • Experience in safety audit methodologies, checklists, and performance metrics.
  • Experience with regulatory compliance reporting and multi-source data integration.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 
Responsibilities
  • Establish internal investigation protocols and safety-critical functions for the oversight office.
  • Lead root cause analysis activities and manage global corrective action lifecycles.
  • Architect integrated workflows to consolidate regulatory corrective actions from multiple sources.
  • Design department-wide safety assurance plans focused on technical OSHA program compliance.
  • Create standardized audit documentation including schedules, technical checklists, and key metrics.
  • Coordinate investigation findings and remediation strategies with executive stakeholders.
  • Develop automated tools to improve the efficiency and tracking of safety oversight activities.
