DAS-Systems Specialist 3 (SS 3)

The work location is same address and 100% onsite
The Identity Engineers manage user issues for the 110,000+ workforce accounts and over 8 million citizen accounts. They assist agencies with mission-critical systems and user management issues. Engineers design and develop solutions for joiner/mover/lever scenarios in both custom software and commercial off-the-shelf solutions. Engineers collaborate with OISP on security initiatives
These positions will be directly responsible for an average ticket workload of over 100 identity issues per month. Tickets are generally to support the following capabilities:
Privileged access management PAM
User ID management and support
Bulk ID requests for updates and/or information
Single Sign-On (SSO) configuration and support
Multi-Factor Authentication MFA Support and Optimization
Identifying and implementing automation opportunities to reduce support
An IT background with some programming and/or system administration; strong desire to learn IAM concepts and assist drive continuous improvement and adoption of capabilities
