Job Title: Technical Project Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate engineering workflows and support sprint execution, including moderating daily standups and assisting with planning sessions.
• Maintain sprint boards in Jira, track progress, support backlog cleanup, and help standardize task descriptions and acceptance criteria.
• Capture retrospective feedback, surface blockers or delivery risks to leadership, and support documentation of meeting notes, decisions, and action items.
• Ensure internal and cross-team meetings are organized, documented, and actionable, including moderating meetings when needed and maintaining agendas and follow-up trackers.
• Track weekly priorities, maintain initiative trackers, follow up with owners, and coordinate status checks with partner teams.
• Draft summaries of meetings, initiatives, or investigations, and prepare weekly Trust & Safety status updates.
• Assist with data gathering for Trust & Safety analysis, compile investigation summaries, and support documentation for audits.
• Support organization of internal tools, maintain team spaces in Jira, Confluence, and Teams, and improve workflow automation.

• Experience supporting project coordination, especially within engineering or trust and safety teams.
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
• Proactive follow-up and tracking abilities for action items and unresolved issues.
• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to draft clear summaries and updates.
• Experience facilitating meetings, managing agendas, and keeping discussions on track.
• Ability to coordinate across engineering, operations, and cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Teams.
• Being extremely organized and attentive to detail.
