Description
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team in Bayport, Minnesota. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and technically skilled individual who excels at bridging the gap between business needs and IT solutions. As part of this long-term contract position, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective data mapping, documentation, and solution testing within an agile framework.
Responsibilities:
Gather and analyze business requirements to design and implement effective IT solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to create functional designs and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Support and enhance .NET solutions, operational data stores, and Power BI models and reports.
Perform data mapping and wrangling to streamline processes and improve system functionality.
Test developed solutions to ensure accuracy and compliance with requirements.
Provide ongoing support for supply chain applications and other related systems.
Adapt to shifting priorities and business needs, demonstrating agility in problem-solving.
Work effectively within an agile team to manage and execute tasks.
Communicate technical concepts in a clear and concise manner to non-technical audiences.
Participate in on-site work three days per week, with Wednesdays preferred.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in business analysis, including application package modules.
Proficiency in data analysis, mapping, and database management systems.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey technical concepts effectively.
Solid understanding of manufacturing and transportation systems.
Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management principles.
Ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights.
