What You Will Be Doing

We're seeking a strategic and hands-on Technology Enablement Lead to drive IT enablement and training initiatives that support enterprise software implementations across the organization. In this role, you'll own the development and execution of training strategies that align with business objectives, implementation timelines, and change management efforts. As a key member of software implementation teams, you will establish training standards, evaluate learning effectiveness, mentor internal trainers and super users, and continuously improve enablement methodologies to maximize user adoption and business value.

What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Education, Instructional Design, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
  • Minimum of 8+ years of experience in IT training, enablement, instructional design, learning development, or enterprise software support.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting enterprise software implementations and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Hands-on experience developing training content using SAP Enable Now or comparable digital adoption and learning platforms.
  • Strong instructional design, curriculum development, and technical documentation skills.
  • Experience creating simulations, guided tours, job aids, assessments, process documentation, and end-user training materials.
  • Knowledge of enterprise applications such as ERP, CRM, HRIS, and other business systems.
  • Experience delivering training through multiple modalities, including instructor-led, virtual, video-based, and self-paced learning.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into concise, engaging, and user-friendly content.
  • Strong project management, planning, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with IT teams, business leaders, subject matter experts, and end users.
  • Experience establishing training standards, governance models, and continuous improvement practices.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure training effectiveness and drive adoption outcomes.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% as needed to support training and implementation activities.
