Job Description
We are looking for an experienced .NET Lead  with strong technical expertise in designing, developing, and implementing scalable enterprise applications using Microsoft technologies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on development experience, technical leadership capabilities, and experience mentoring development teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-level applications using Microsoft .NET technologies.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of developers.
Design and develop scalable applications using C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET Core.
Develop RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
Work with front-end technologies such as Angular, React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Design and optimize SQL Server databases, stored procedures, and queries.
Implement application security, authentication, and authorization.
Work with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and project managers.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and technical discussions.
Mentor junior developers and support team development.
Required Skills
10+ years of experience in software development.
Strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, and ASP.NET Core.
Strong experience with MVC, Web API, and RESTful services.
Experience with Entity Framework / Entity Framework Core.
Strong knowledge of SQL Server, database design, stored procedures, and query optimization.
Experience with Microservices and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
Knowledge of design patterns, SOLID principles, and software architecture.
Experience with Azure services or AWS.
Familiarity with Git, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes.
Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.
