Director of Technology, Onsite in Charlotte, NC
The Director of Technology is responsible for overseeing the company s entire technology department including infrastructure, DevOps, networking, information security, desktop support. This is a hands-on management role. This position blends technical leadership and operational management, overseeing technology initiatives, team development, platform reliability, and scalable growth. This position is 100% Onsite in Charlotte, NC.
Director of Technology Qualifications:
- Over 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure and operations in an enterprise environment.
- Over 3 years in a leadership/management role hiring, coaching, and growing technical staff.
- Significant experience with Microsoft Azure.
- Leadership experience of DevOps.
- Strong experience designing Disaster Recovery strategies.
- Strong background in security and compliance.
- Experience overseeing telecom services.
- Experience managing desktop support staff.
