We're the Screen Time team, and we exist to facilitate digital wellbeing whether you're a parent caring for your child, a teen looking to establish healthy habits, or an adult trying to be more intentional about your boundaries. We're looking for a Staff Engineer to help lead our team as it builds and ships the next generation of digital wellbeing features at Apple.\n\nAt Apple, we've created the most compelling personal computing devices in human history. Bachelor of Computer Science or equivalent skills and work experience\nTrack record of success - you have 10+ years of SwiftUI/Swift or UIKit/AppKit/Objective-C software engineering experience with impact to show for it\nStellar engineering quality & output - you separate concerns and define well-abstracted interfaces, delivering performant, well-tested, maintainable code with appropriate failure modes\nTechnical leadership - you exemplify "what good looks like" in code, in documentation, making and delivering on commitments, and prioritization\nCritical thinking with influence - you systematically evaluate the tradeoffs associated with each potential solution to a problem, make an informed decision, and articulate these things well to influence others, driving impact\n
