Job Summary
Seeking a hands-on Java Full Stack Lead Developer to lead development efforts while contributing to design, coding, troubleshooting, and delivery of scalable enterprise applications. The role focuses on modern Java, microservices, cloud-native development, and frontend technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain Java applications and microservices.
Build RESTful APIs using Spring Boot.
Develop and deploy containerized applications using Docker.
Implement event-driven solutions using Kafka and message queues.
Optimize application performance, scalability, security, and reliability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in code reviews, testing, and Agile delivery.
Provide technical leadership while remaining actively involved in development.
Must-Have Requirements
8+ years of hands-on Java development experience; Java 21+ preferred.
Strong expertise in Spring Boot and microservices architecture.
Experience with Angular 19+ and RxJS.
Hands-on experience with Docker and cloud-native applications.
Strong knowledge of Kafka and message queue technologies.
Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
Advanced SQL skills, including query optimization, joins, stored procedures, and database design.
Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or Windsurf.
Proficiency with Git, Agile methodologies, and software development best practices.
Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Requirements
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Knowledge of JUnit, Mockito, and automated testing frameworks.
Experience with enterprise-scale financial services applications.
