Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Robotics Engineer to provide hands-on troubleshooting, programming, maintenance, and optimization of industrial robotic systems in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.

The engineer will work on the production floor, diagnose issues at the root-cause engineering level, modify robot programs, minimize downtime, and mentor junior team members.
 

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:

• Pharmaceutical / Pharma manufacturing experience – MUST HAVE
• Senior-level Robotics Engineering experience
• Strong hands-on experience with KUKA, FANUC, and ABB robots
• Strong robot programming and troubleshooting experience
• Experience with root-cause analysis and robotic cell fault resolution
• Ability to modify existing robot programs for production/process changes
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently in a production environment
• Experience mentoring/training junior engineers or technicians

Pharma experience is mandatory. Candidates without pharmaceutical experience will not be considered.
