Senior Technology Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Technology Manager / Head of Technology to lead large-scale technology initiatives, manage enterprise delivery, and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have over 20 years of IT experience with deep expertise in Salesforce, Microsoft Azure, delivery management, stakeholder engagement, account management, and program leadership.

This role requires a visionary technology leader capable of driving digital transformation, leading cross-functional teams, and aligning technology solutions with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall technology strategy and execution for enterprise programs and digital transformation initiatives.
• Manage multiple large-scale projects and programs, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and budget adherence.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with executive stakeholders, clients, and business leaders.
• Drive end-to-end delivery across cloud and enterprise application platforms, with a strong focus on Salesforce and Microsoft Azure.
• Provide leadership to delivery managers, architects, project managers, and engineering teams.
• Own program governance, risk management, resource planning, and delivery excellence.
• Collaborate with business teams to define technology roadmaps and align IT initiatives with organizational goals.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and operational efficiency.
• Manage customer accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction, business growth, and long-term partnerships.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, vendor management, and resource utilization.
• Establish delivery best practices, KPIs, and governance frameworks.
• Mentor and develop leadership teams while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Experience

• 20+ years of progressive experience in Information Technology.
• Proven experience leading enterprise technology organizations or large delivery teams.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, integrations, and platform capabilities).
• Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud services and enterprise cloud transformation initiatives.
• Extensive experience in Delivery Management and Program Management.
• Strong Stakeholder and Executive Relationship Management skills.
• Demonstrated experience in Account Management and client engagement.
• Experience managing large global teams and distributed delivery models.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
• Experience in financial management, budgeting, and strategic planning.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor''s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
• Master''s degree (MBA/MS) preferred.
• Salesforce Certifications (Administrator, Platform, Architect, or Consultant) are an advantage.
• Microsoft Azure Certifications are preferred.
• PMP, PgMP, SAFe, Scrum Master, or other project/program management certifications are desirable.
