Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer with a strong background in Mechanical Design and Manufacturing Engineering within the aerospace industry. The ideal candidate will lead engineering activities from concept through production, collaborating with customers and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality aerospace products while supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) and sustaining engineering initiatives.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor''s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
4–5+ years of experience in the Aerospace industry.
Strong experience in Mechanical Design Engineering and Manufacturing Engineering.
Experience with New Product Introduction (NPI) and product development.
Knowledge of technology development and engineering lifecycle processes.
Experience with in-service reliability tracking and failure investigations.
Experience reviewing non-conforming materials and implementing corrective actions.
Experience supporting production modifications and engineering change management.
Strong understanding of Work Technical Instructions (WTI) and manufacturing documentation.
Experience with project engineering and cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities
Lead project engineering activities from concept through production.
Develop and execute engineering methods, workflows, and project plans.
Collaborate with customers to understand business and technical requirements.
Translate customer requirements into engineering solutions and implementation plans.
Participate in business requirement discussions and provide technical expertise.
Lead technical deliverables and coordinate engineering activities across teams.
Work closely with Mechanical Design Engineers and Manufacturing teams.
Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and sustaining engineering programs.
Investigate product reliability issues and recommend corrective actions.
Review non-conforming materials and support production modifications.
Develop and maintain engineering documentation, work instructions, and release processes.
Support data segregation, data management, and engineering issue triage.
Coordinate project schedules and communicate progress with customers and internal stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
Aerospace or Defense industry experience.
Strong customer-facing communication skills.
Experience managing engineering projects.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with regulated manufacturing environments.
