Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated “Business Analyst/QA Tester” to join our team for a project with our esteemed client. The ideal candidate will possess “GIS application testing, accessibility testing and test automation experience, Requirements gathering, user stories, acceptance criteria and process documentation” with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.

Required experience and qualifications:

·      5+ years in software delivery, including at least 3 years in business analysis and 3 years in software testing; experience may overlap.

·     Requirements gathering, user stories, acceptance criteria and process documentation.

·   Functional, integration, regression and exploratory testing of web applications.

·       REST API testing using Postman or an equivalent tool.

·       SQL skills for data validation and troubleshooting.

·       Defect reporting, requirements traceability and UAT coordination.

·       Experience with ticketing and test-management tools.

Key responsibilities

·       Document enhancement requirements and acceptance criteria with the Product Owner.

·       Create and execute tests for search, record submission, exports, mapping and other affected functions.

·       Validate defect fixes and conduct regression testing.

·       Update user instructions, release notes and relevant support documentation.

Preferred: GIS application testing, accessibility testing and test automation experience.
