Job Summary:
The CSI Syteline Financials Consultant will work with the CSI team, reporting directly to the CSI Services Manager. As a team member, you will help drive the use of Infor, CloudSuite, and Industrial (CSI/SyteLine). A working knowledge of financial areas, including inventory/job costing, of SyteLine is required. Prior experience with the CSI/Syteline implementation is preferred.
This position is responsible for the solution design, implementation, and optimization of ERP software to support our customers' business needs. You will make best practice recommendations to improve key performance indicators pre , during, and after implementation. You will also help identify opportunities for efficiency gains through process automation.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Infor Syteline Financial and Inventory/Job Costing experience (3-5 years required)
Leading finance experience in a manufacturing company
Infor Syteline implementation experience
Multi-site, multi-currency, inter company experience preferred
Excellent MS Excel, PowerPoint and MS Visio skills
Ability to work with cross-functional teams
Ability to identify gaps and propose solutions
Capability to design personalization
Facility to keep up with software updates and new functionality
Capacity to learn new concepts independently
Independent and self-motivated
Ability to work together with others as a team
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Prior experience working with a growing organization
Required 50% Travel with Remote Home office.
Education / Experience
Financial Degree from a four-year college or university, plus three to five years of experience
Candidates with equivalent experience will also be considered
