You Are
A transformation maven with the skills to help clients meet the challenges of digitization. Your human superpower? Using your know-how, creativity, and analytical powers to solve clients’ most complex business problems to help their companies do more. You’re as comfortable leading projects and teams as you are diving into the details of workstreams and configuring Oracle solutions. Or you specialize in one or the other, our practice covers the functional & process side of Oracle as well as the technical development & technical architecture. Additionally, you have the communication and people skills to inspire teams to bring their A-game.
The Work:
• Gather and analyze business requirements.
• Working with Business stakeholders, refine Features to determine Acceptance Criteria and Solution Approach.
• Create functional designs to satisfy business requirements using Oracle Utilities products like Work and Asset Cloud Service (WACS)
• Configure WACS products to meet requirements.
• Give clients options for designs using prototypes.
• Work closely with the Technical Designers to ensure the technical solutions align with the solution approach.
• Define test cases that cover important business scenarios.
• Help clients understand leading business processes so they can transform their business with Oracle.
• Lead, coach, and advise a small project team in addition to managing their performance (depending upon the structure of a project).
• Gain the trust of your client, teammates, and managers to make sure projects get delivered.
• Keep growing your skills to help your team with business development and sales efforts
• Stay in the know on leading industry trends and Oracle features to give your clients the best solutions for their needs.
Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
Here’s what you need:
• Minimum 3 years of work experience working on Oracle Utilities applications like Work and Asset Cloud Service (WACS)
• Minimum of 3 year of experience in gathering and analyzing requirements, creating business process flows, refining features, and developing functional designs.
• Minimum of 3 year of experience in creating elegant solutions to extend WACS application functionality.
• Bachelor''s degree or equivalent (minimum 3 years work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent minimum 9 year work experience.
Bonus points if:
• Oracle WACS certification.
• Agile experience.

We are seeking a Functional Consultant to join a world-class Oracle practice—a Global Cloud Elite partner—to help clients navigate the future of work using AI, IoT, and automation.

In this role, you will be the bridge between business needs and technical execution. You’ll use your creativity and analytical powers to configure cutting-edge Cloud Services, lead project workstreams, and help major organizations transform their asset management and utility operations.

Responsibilities:

Gather and analyze business requirements, refining features to determine acceptance criteria and solution approaches.
Create functional designs and configure Oracle Work and Asset Cloud Service (WACS) to meet specific business needs.
Develop prototypes to provide clients with design options and lead them through business transformation processes.
Collaborate closely with Technical Designers to ensure all solutions align with the overarching architecture.
Define and execute test cases covering critical business scenarios and manage small project teams as needed.

Qualifications:

Extensive experience working with Oracle Utilities applications, specifically Work and Asset Cloud Service (WACS).
Proven track record in gathering requirements, creating business process flows, and developing functional designs.
Strong ability to lead, coach, and advise project teams while maintaining high performance.
Bachelor’s degree required (or equivalent professional experience).
Flexibility to travel (25%) based on client and business requirements.
Must be available to collaborate during Pacific Standard Time (PST) core business hours.

Job Responsibilities
Lead Integration workstreams using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for projects in Customer Cloud Service (CCS) and Work and Asset Cloud Service (WACS).
Develop and lead integration strategy, approach, and plan deliverables during the design phases of large-scale projects.
Facilitate client workshops to gather requirements and transform integration architecture into actionable artifacts.
Serve as a technical expert and mentor for both on and offshore teams, navigating complex administration and integration challenges.
Manage project timelines, risk assessments, and deliverable quality while collaborating with cross-functional teams.Gather and analyze business requirements, refining features to determine acceptance criteria and solution approaches.
Create functional designs and configure Oracle Work and Asset Cloud Service (WACS) to meet specific business needs.
Develop prototypes to provide clients with design options and lead them through business transformation processes.
