Summary

Call Center Administrative Assistant
Washington DC or Baltimore Metro Areas
Pay From: $22.00 per hour


MUST:
Experienced Admin Support professional who has experience in a call center environment
Providing high volume phone customer service support
Comfortable working with healthcare providers and providing support as needed
Assisting callers with technical issues and guiding them through company CRM
Managing emails, phone calls and support tickets
Responding to inquiries promptly and manage support tickets, emails, and calls
Verifying provider credentials to onboard new medical providers for compliancy
Maintaining accurate documentation
Preparing detailed reports and documenting detailed information and interactions in database
Technically savvy with ability to pick up new computer systems easily
Proficient with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint
Highly detailed with strong organizational and time-management skills
Comfortable using a ticketing system to respond to and document interactions
Must have a Public Trust Clearance or other recent clearance with ability to obtain again
Bachelor’s Degree is required

DUTIES:
The Administrative Coordinator-Call Center candidate''s duties include but are not limited to the following:
Will respond to a high volume of phone calls, emails and support tickets and will provide support with inquiries from medical examiners and commerical drivers
Guide callers through database system, assisting with navigating a website
Verify provider credentials for compliancy and to onboard new medical providers
Guide callers thru database
Create reports
Maintain accurate documentation
Providing support with various projects
Utilize Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams and SharePoint
