Data Lead

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in need of a Data Lead in Tarrytown, NJ.

Key Responsibilities:
* Define and execute a data cleanup strategy to ensure data quality, consistency, and governance
* Partner with business teams to identify and resolve data discrepancies, duplicates, and inaccuracies
* Lead data extraction, transformation, loading (ETL), and multiple mock data loads for Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP
* Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve data conversion issues during mock loads and final migration
* Define data requirements, mapping rules, and validation criteria with functional and technical teams
* Perform data validation and reconciliation between source systems and Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP
* Utilize Oracle tools to support efficient and accurate data migration
* Collaborate with Oracle consultants and external vendors on conversion strategies and execution
* Document data cleanup, mapping, validation results, and migration issues
* Provide status updates on data readiness, risks, and migration progress to project leadership
* Train teams on data standards, governance, and post-deployment data management

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
* Experience leading data cleanup and conversion for ERP deployments
* Hands-on experience with data migration tools
* Strong data analysis, validation, and reconciliation skills
* Expertise in SQL, data modeling, and database management
* Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP data structures and integrations
* Familiarity with data governance, data quality, and compliance standards
* Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
