SOFT's client is looking for an IBM ACE (Application Connect Enterprise) candidate for a long term contract assignment.
Qualifications:
A senior IBM ACE (Application Connect Enterprise) (IIB) administrator responsible for administering large-scale IBM ACE infrastructures in On-Prem and AWS environments.
Technical Skills:
5+ years of experience in designing and implementing large-scale IBM ACE (IIB) infrastructures in On-Prem and AWS environments.
3+ years of experience with IBM MQ
Analyzing and tuning IBM ACE performance with in-depth knowledge of logs, and memory management.
Implementing IBM ACE certificate management
Designing Disaster strategies with region failover, and site failover.
Managing IBM ACE in Linux and AIX environments.
Implementing CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Terraform.
Subject matter expertise in Python, Shell scripting and AWS skills
AWS Expertise - Expertise in AWS IAM, S3, EC2, SNS and Lambda services
AWS certified architect Associate
Responsibilities:
Deploys the release of new technologies as well as designs, installs, configures, maintains and performs system integration testing of PC/server operating systems, related utilities and hardware. Responsible for trouble shooting server problems as reported by users.
Researches, evaluates and recommends software and hardware products.
Supports Web access and electronic messaging services and maintains a secure systems environment.
Provides new hardware specifications to users based on application needs and anticipated growth, installs new servers and maintains the server infrastructure.
