Business Analyst - Identity Management

Job Title: Business Analyst – Identity Management
Location: Hybrid Work Model Reporting to Vienna, VA, Pensacola, FL
Pay Rate: $70/hr. Range W2
Position Type: Multiyear Contract

System One is staffing a multiyear contract engagement for a Business Process Analyst with Identity Management experience to support a leading financial services customer. This is a hybrid position, 3 days a week onsite in Vienna, VA, or Pensacola, FL, per candidate preference.

Description

• Experience in Identity Management.
  • User provisioning lifecycle, application provisioning
  • Hands-on experience with an IGA system (e.g., Saviynt IGA, SailPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and perform with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong Customer Service skills
  • Preferably a candidate that has worked in a position with direct interaction, in-person or virtual, with various types of personnel, including mid-level and executive leadership
• Strong Analytical and Research skills
  • Able to review and recognize inefficient or cumbersome operations and/or business processes and work with existing teams to propose/implement solutions for streamlining
  • Ability to review existing workflows and develop streamlining

• RBAC Experience (Role-Based Access Control
• Strong Automation skills, e.g., PowerShell scripting, PEGA, scripting products
• Mainframe/RACF and DB2 experience
• Active Directory/LDS or similar LDAP experience
• Remote Access Management (e.g., RSA SecurID, VPN, Citrix)
• Experience with data reporting and metric products and tools (e.g., MS Power BI)
• Experience in ServiceNow or a similar request ticketing system
