Education and Experience

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in recruiting.

Knowledge, Skills, and Ability

• Strong experience hiring for Channel Marketing, Direct Marketing, Go-To-Market (GTM), and Social Media roles.
• Good understanding of marketing functions and terminology.
• Strong sourcing and screening skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

WHAT YOU LL DO:

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle full-cycle recruitment for marketing roles.
• Hire for Channel Marketing, Direct Marketing, and Social Media positions.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking.
• Screen and shortlist qualified marketing professionals.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of marketing talent.
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
