Title: Junior Supply Chain Executive/Analyst

Location: Across USA (Hybrid/Remote)

Job Type: Fulltime

 

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Supply Chain Executive to support day-to-day supply chain operations, including procurement coordination, inventory management, order processing, logistics, and vendor coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily supply chain and logistics operations.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, warehouses, and internal teams.
  • Prepare and track purchase orders and delivery schedules.
  • Monitor inventory levels and identify shortages or excess stock.
  • Track shipments and follow up on delayed or pending deliveries.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, inventory, invoices, and shipments.
  • Assist with demand planning and stock replenishment.
  • Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure timely material availability.
  • Prepare regular reports on inventory, orders, deliveries, and supply chain performance.
  • Identify operational issues and escalate them to senior team members.
  • Ensure compliance with company processes and documentation requirements.

Required Skills

  • Good knowledge of supply chain and logistics concepts.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of ERP/SAP is an advantage.
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field.

Preferred

  • Internship or 0–2 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, or inventory management.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
  • Basic understanding of inventory and supply chain KPIs.
