Job description:
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with Brand and Technology partners to develop and execute against the site search roadmap.
- Serve as a liaison between Business and Technology teams to ensure digital solutions meet expectations and provide customer value.
- Craft business requirements and user stories.
- Support cross-functional teams by answering questions, making recommendations, providing training, and guiding user acceptance testing.
- Assist in constantly improving the Digital Product Management team.
- Perform other duties as required.
Requirements
- 5+ years of core product management experience (working with business stakeholders, gathering requirements, writing user stories, working with development teams)
- Experience with recommendation systems or recommendation engines and/or marketing technology projects (analytics implementation, driving promotion engines, conversion rate optimization (CRO) or testing optimization, landing page optimization)
- Strong stakeholder management with Brand partners & engineering teams, etc.
- Motivated to learn, high energy level, etc
- You have good communication skills and an ability to influence others.
- You have a point-of-view about how technology teams should engage to iteratively deliver value for the customer (ideally with Agile methodologies).
- Quality is important to you and that is evident in all that you do.
