Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Data Architect to design and modernize enterprise data platforms supporting engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, analytics, and business operations. The role will focus on cloud data architecture, data governance, analytics, and AI/ML enablement.

Key Responsibilities

• Design enterprise data architecture, data models, and integration solutions.
• Build scalable cloud data platforms using AWS, Snowflake, Databricks, Data Lakes, and Data Warehouses.
• Design and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines for structured and unstructured data.
• Establish data governance, metadata, data quality, and master data management practices.
• Partner with business and engineering teams to understand requirements and define architecture.
• Support analytics, reporting, dashboards, and AI/ML initiatives.
• Lead cloud migration, data modernization, and platform transformation projects.
• Conduct architecture reviews, technology evaluations, and POCs.
• Ensure data platforms are secure, scalable, reliable, and high-performing.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to data engineering teams.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Data Architecture and Data Modeling.
• Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, Synapse, Azure Data Lake.
• AWS services such as S3, Glue, EMR, RDS, and Redshift.
• Big Data technologies: Spark, Kafka, Hadoop, Cassandra, MongoDB.
• Data Warehousing and Data Lake architecture.
• ETL/ELT tools: Informatica, SSIS, Azure Data Factory.
• Strong Python and SQL skills.
• Data Governance and Metadata Management.
• AWS/Azure Cloud Architecture.
• Analytics and Reporting solutions.
• Agile delivery experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Management, or Data Architecture.
• Experience designing enterprise-scale cloud data and analytics platforms.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with large-scale cloud transformation and migration programs.
