CBIZ Talent Solutions is partnering with our respected financial services client in Monmouth County, NJ, to identify a HubSpot Engineer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of HubSpot technical design and troubleshooting experience. The position offers hybrid work arrangements and great benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain custom HubSpot CRM solutions
- Create and optimize automation, workflows, and custom objects
- Ensure reliable data sync between HubSpot and internal/external systems
- Integrate HubSpot with other platforms (like Redtail, Clio, Canopy, and UltraTax) using APIs
- Develop backend services that work with HubSpot APIs
- Troubleshoot API issues and fix data inconsistencies
- Customize HubSpot CMS as needed
- Work with marketing and financial teams on reporting and tracking
- Maintain high standards for data quality, system performance, clean code and thorough technical documentation while following best practices
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of technical experience with HubSpot
- Skilled with HubSpot APIs and third-party integrations
- Experience with custom apps, automation, and workflows
- Proficient in JavaScript and Node.js
- Familiar with CRM data models and complex workflows
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- HubSpot certifications (Developer, CMS, Operations, or Solutions Architect)
- Experience with HubSpot CMS development
- Experience integrating HubSpot with platforms like RedTail, Stripe, and Clio
- Previous experience in a startup or fast-paced environment
