Job Title: Enterprise Project Manager IT Infrastructure & Operations (Executive Level)

Overview

Seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure and Operations Project Manager to partner with internal IT teams in driving the successful delivery and continuous improvement of network and server-related initiatives. This role requires strong leadership, technical understanding, and project governance expertise to manage complex IT programs.


Key Responsibilities

< data-start="719" data-end="759">Project Leadership & Governance
  • Serve as team lead for the Project Administration function, providing coaching and direction aligned with IT leadership objectives
  • Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables based on business and technical requirements
  • Establish and implement project management methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and/or Point of Contact (POC) for System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) processes
< data-start="1273" data-end="1320">Stakeholder & Communication Management
  • Collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, leadership, and external vendors
  • Develop and maintain project plans, program portfolios, metrics, and reporting documentation
  • Prepare and present status reports, progress updates, and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Lead meetings, workshops, and cross-functional discussions
< data-start="1670" data-end="1699">Execution & Delivery
  • Manage the design, development, implementation, and optimization of IT infrastructure and server-related projects
  • Track project milestones, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure timely completion
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks impacting project outcomes
  • Recommend improvements in efficiency, reporting structures, and operational processes
< data-start="2066" data-end="2106">Technical & Operational Support
  • Work closely with infrastructure teams on network and server operations and implementations
  • Participate in system assessments for internal and partner environments
  • Utilize tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, project management software, and monitoring platforms to document and report progress

Program Experience

  • Experience with public sector programs such as Medicaid, social services, or similar benefit systems is highly preferred
  • Proven track record in IT infrastructure and server implementation projects

Technical Knowledge

  • Health Information Technologies
  • IT Network Infrastructure & Server Operations/Implementations
  • Project Management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project)

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of Project Management experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in network infrastructure, server, and system administration operations
  • Strong knowledge of SDLC and project governance frameworks
  • Bachelor s degree and/or equivalent work experience
  • PMP Certification

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in healthcare environments and related compliance requirements
  • Familiarity with frameworks such as HIPAA and CDC guidelines
  • Experience with Microsoft technologies and monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds)
  • Additional IT certifications are a plus
