Position Overview
Seeking an enterprise-grade Technology Lead with 8–10 years of experience to spearhead both major and minor full-stack development initiatives. This role requires a unique technical combination of core Java/Spring Boot backend engineering, Groovy and Grails application frameworks, and legacy/modern frontend development using Ext JS.
Key Responsibilities
* Full-Stack Technical Leadership: Shoulder technical lead responsibilities by directing application design, high-quality coding, system testing, and automated build deployments within an enterprise environment.
* Client & Stakeholder Interaction: Act as the primary technical point of contact during client workshops, business requirement refinement, and Safe Agile Program Increment (PI) planning sessions.
* Backend Microservices Engineering: Architect, construct, and maintain secure server-side applications leveraging Java, Spring Boot, and the Groovy and Grails application framework stack.
* Frontend UI Development: Code, optimize, and maintain responsive web-based user interfaces and rich internet applications utilizing Ext JS and modern markup standards.
* Systems Modernization & Maintenance: Diagnose complex software regressions, design scalability modifications, and refactor monolithic logic into decoupled services.
Required Skillset
* Experience: 8–10 years of overall professional IT software development experience operating inside enterprise corporate landscapes.
* Core Backend Stack: Comprehensive hands-on proficiency writing enterprise solutions using Java, Spring Boot, Groovy, and Grails framework patterns.
* Frontend Framework Expertise: Deep, practical development experience managing corporate UI layers using Ext JS frameworks.
* Agile Governance: Practical familiarity contributing to structured Agile setups, particularly in Scrum or SAFe environments with active PI planning involvement.
