Job Summary

The Senior SAP APMe Developer will serve as a hands-on technical contributor responsible for the design, development, integration, and support of SAP Agent Performance Management (APMe) solutions.

Focus areas:

• Building and optimizing incentive compensation solutions
• Data processing and reporting
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality outcomes
• SAP Commissions (Callidus ICM) experience preferred but secondary to strong APMe expertise

Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP APMe
• Enterprise-scale implementations or support environments
• Background supporting compensation/incentive management systems

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP APMe
• APMe configuration and development
• Groovy scripting within APMe environments
• SQL / PL-SQL development and data analysis
• Large dataset handling and performance optimization
• Troubleshooting and resolving complex production issues
• Understanding of compensation/incentive management systems
• Technical documentation and communication skills

Nice-to-Have Skills

• SAP Commissions (Callidus ICM)
• Building compensation rules, commission calculations, workflows
• Integration with upstream/downstream systems
• Reporting tools (Jasper or similar)
• ETL tools (Informatica, DataStage, SSIS, etc.)
• Scripting languages (Python)
• Onshore/offshore delivery model experience

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance SAP APMe solutions

• Translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Maintain technical documentation
• Collaborate with offshore teams and provide guidance
• Support enhancements, reporting, and improvements
