Job Summary
The Senior SAP APMe Developer will serve as a hands-on technical contributor responsible for the design, development, integration, and support of SAP Agent Performance Management (APMe) solutions.
Focus areas:
- Building and optimizing incentive compensation solutions
- Data processing and reporting
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality outcomes
- SAP Commissions (Callidus ICM) experience preferred but secondary to strong APMe expertise
Experience
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP APMe
- Enterprise-scale implementations or support environments
- Background supporting compensation/incentive management systems
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP APMe
- APMe configuration and development
- Groovy scripting within APMe environments
- SQL / PL-SQL development and data analysis
- Large dataset handling and performance optimization
- Troubleshooting and resolving complex production issues
- Understanding of compensation/incentive management systems
- Technical documentation and communication skills
Nice-to-Have Skills
- SAP Commissions (Callidus ICM)
- Building compensation rules, commission calculations, workflows
- Integration with upstream/downstream systems
- Reporting tools (Jasper or similar)
