Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Maintenance Manager to join their team. As a Maintenance Manager, you will be part of the Operations department supporting manufacturing, facilities, and stationary engineering teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, technical expertise, and a proactive approach to maintenance, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Maintenance Manager
What's the Job?
- Lead site-wide maintenance strategy across manufacturing, facilities, and stationary engineering departments
- Drive the transition from reactive to proactive maintenance systems, including planned, preventive, and predictive maintenance
- Improve equipment reliability, reduce unplanned downtime, and increase overall equipment effectiveness (OEE)
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators related to downtime, safety, costs, and asset performance
- Collaborate closely with Operations, Engineering, and Safety teams to support production goals and operational excellence
What's Needed?
- 10+ years of experience leading and supervising maintenance teams in a manufacturing environment
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, PLCs, drives, and industrial controls
- Proven experience in developing and managing preventive and predictive maintenance programs
- Hands-on experience with CMMS systems, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
- Excellent communication skills and ability to lead change and develop teams effectively
